Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- At least six months experience in customer-facing roles
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to maintain store operations and customer satisfaction
- Coach and prepare baristas in the creation of quality beverages and food items
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- Ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes connection among customers and staff
- Manage inventory and supplies to support smooth store functioning
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
