Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • coach and develop partners to deliver quality beverages and food products following Starbucks standards
  • coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize workflow and meet business needs
  • maintain store safety and security by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • manage cash handling operations accurately and responsibly
  • foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners alike
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
