Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Have at least six months experience in roles requiring task delegation or coordination
  • Experience handling customer requests and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers constantly
  • Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of retail environment operations
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage shifts by working alongside baristas
  • Deliver quality customer service and products
  • Ensure store safety and cash handling procedures are followed
  • Coach and guide team members to meet operational standards
  • Maintain an energetic, positive store environment
  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues
  • Train new employees on store policies and beverage preparation
