Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months experience in roles requiring task delegation or coordination
- Experience handling customer requests and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments
- Possess excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Six months of experience interacting with customers constantly
- Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of retail environment operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
Job Duties
- Lead and manage shifts by working alongside baristas
- Deliver quality customer service and products
- Ensure store safety and cash handling procedures are followed
- Coach and guide team members to meet operational standards
- Maintain an energetic, positive store environment
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues
- Train new employees on store policies and beverage preparation
