Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
- oversee preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- delegate tasks effectively to employees and coordinate group efforts
- maintain store safety and security including cash handling procedures
- provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth
- uphold Starbucks quality and customer service standards
- manage scheduling and assist with employee attendance and punctuality
