Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
  • oversee preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks effectively to employees and coordinate group efforts
  • maintain store safety and security including cash handling procedures
  • provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth
  • uphold Starbucks quality and customer service standards
  • manage scheduling and assist with employee attendance and punctuality
