Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring quality customer service and operational excellence
  • Prepare and coach team members in beverage and food preparation
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • Maintain store compliance with safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages community and connection
  • Support partner development and growth through coaching and feedback
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
