Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing position
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to other employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of others
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Ensure store operating policies and standards are maintained
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks to team members effectively
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
