Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months of experience managing or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service excellence
  • Ability to build strong relationships within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective leadership and task delegation skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Maintain high standards in beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks recipes and customer customization
  • Coach and prepare partners to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products
  • Manage cash handling procedures, store safety, and security protocols
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members to optimize store performance
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team environment encouraging partner growth and collaboration
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
