Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of customer service experience in a role involving continuous interaction with customers
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of baristas and store employees during shifts
  • Maintain quality and consistency of beverages and food products
  • Handle cash and manage transactions accurately
  • Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations in compliance with company policies and standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
