Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of baristas and store employees during shifts
- Maintain quality and consistency of beverages and food products
- Handle cash and manage transactions accurately
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage store operations in compliance with company policies and standards
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
