Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes
- Have six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Have six months experience coordinating tasks or delegating to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
- Minimum of six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others and lead by example
- Knowledge of retail environment dynamics
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance and engagement
- Prepare and ensure the quality of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
- Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Delegate tasks effectively to manage team workflow and store efficiency
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
