Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes
  • Have six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Have six months experience coordinating tasks or delegating to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • Minimum of six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others and lead by example
  • Knowledge of retail environment dynamics
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead daily store operations ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance and engagement
  • Prepare and ensure the quality of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
  • Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
  • Delegate tasks effectively to manage team workflow and store efficiency
  • Build positive relationships with customers and community members
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
