Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team members
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
  • Ensure compliance with store policies including safety, security, cash handling, and quality standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Support team development and promote effective communication
