Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing positions
- At least six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
