Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure efficient and smooth store functioning
- Coach and prepare team members in the preparation of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
- Ensure compliance with store policies regarding food quality, safety, security, and cash handling
- Manage delegation of tasks to team members and coordinate workflow for two or more employees
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Maintain store standards through regular oversight of store environment and adherence to operational protocols
- Support team growth and development by providing feedback and fostering teamwork
