Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role providing direct customer service
  • Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Effective oral communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure efficient and smooth store functioning
  • Coach and prepare team members in the preparation of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
  • Ensure compliance with store policies regarding food quality, safety, security, and cash handling
  • Manage delegation of tasks to team members and coordinate workflow for two or more employees
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Maintain store standards through regular oversight of store environment and adherence to operational protocols
  • Support team growth and development by providing feedback and fostering teamwork
