Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards with or without accommodations
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- have experience in customer interaction roles
- have experience delegating tasks to employees
Job Qualifications
- six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to direct the work of others
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of the retail environment
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- lead a shift and coordinate team tasks
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer preferences
- maintain store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
- provide leadership and guidance to team members
- ensure a welcoming environment for customers
- handle store cash and manage security procedures
- delegate tasks effectively among team members
