Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to coach others on food and beverage preparation
- Ability to handle delegated tasks and coordinate team efforts
- Ability to prepare customized orders based on customer preferences
Job Qualifications
- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead daily shift operations and ensure quality beverage and food preparation
- coach and develop team members to enhance their performance
- delegate tasks and coordinate between team members effectively
- maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- handle cash and manage transactions accurately
- provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
