Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
  • Ability to coach others on food and beverage preparation
  • Ability to handle delegated tasks and coordinate team efforts
  • Ability to prepare customized orders based on customer preferences

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of customer-facing experience
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead daily shift operations and ensure quality beverage and food preparation
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their performance
  • delegate tasks and coordinate between team members effectively
  • maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • handle cash and manage transactions accurately
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
