Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Six months experience delegating tasks or managing employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Experience in delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Coach and prepare staff in beverage and food preparation following standard and customized recipes
- Maintain store quality standards including safety, security and cash handling
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage store compliance with Starbucks policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
