Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Direct work of team members during shifts
- Coach partners in preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Delegate tasks to ensure efficient shift operations
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team
- Monitor and schedule labor based on business demands
- Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
