Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Have experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Direct work of team members during shifts
  • Coach partners in preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Delegate tasks to ensure efficient shift operations
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team
  • Monitor and schedule labor based on business demands
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
