Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling and safety
  • Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standards
  • Six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations and manage team performance
  • Coach and support partners to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
  • Handle cash management and maintain store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
