Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Maintain high standards of beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks recipes and customer modifications
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
  • Coach, mentor, and delegate tasks to team members effectively to foster a collaborative environment
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage flexible work schedules to meet store operational needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance community connection and store atmosphere
