Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety, and security
  • prepare and coach on food and beverage recipes including customized orders
  • experience interacting directly with customers
  • experience managing or coordinating employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of multiple employees
  • effective oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead the shift and coordinate tasks among team members
  • provide coaching and support to partners to ensure quality service and product standards
  • maintain store safety, security, and compliance with operating policies
  • prepare and ensure the quality of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • handle cash management duties accurately
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
