Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing position
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams
- Ability to direct the work of others effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment and customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coach and mentor team members to uphold Starbucks standards
- Prepare and oversee preparation of food and beverages according to recipes and customer specifications
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security protocols
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor and maintain compliance with store operating policies and standards
