Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months experience in customer service position
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate shift team members to provide excellent customer service
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
  • ensure beverage and food preparation meets Starbucks quality standards
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling policies
