Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months experience delegating and coordinating tasks among two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • minimum six months experience delegating tasks and managing others
  • strong oral communication skills
  • ability to direct work of others
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach baristas to deliver high-quality beverages and food
  • manage daily store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • ensure compliance with Starbucks store standards and policies
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
  • maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • foster a positive and inclusive team environment
