Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
- six months experience in a customer-facing role

Job Duties
- lead coffeehouse shifts to create a welcoming community space
- supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient store operation
- oversee the preparation and delivery of quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- maintain store safety, cash handling, and security procedures
- coach and develop team members through effective communication and leadership
- ensure compliance with store policies and operating standards
- handle customer requests and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction
