Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective communication skills

- At least six months of experience in a customer service position
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of multiple employees
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily store operations to ensure a smooth shift
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members
- Maintain quality standards in products and customer service
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Support and motivate team members to achieve store goals
