Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • At least six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
