Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and serving customers
  • Six months of experience in a supervisory or task delegation role
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct shift activities and team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the work of team members
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Monitor and manage store performance during shifts
  • Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
