Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available for flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • Six months of relevant customer service experience
  • Experience preparing food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating multi-person teams
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of retail store operations
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts and direct partner tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain high standards for product quality including preparation of food and beverages
  • Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their growth and skill development
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and health standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
