Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience in preparing and coaching preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Capability to build relationships
- Knowledge of retail environment and store operations
- Effective oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store shifts to ensure operations run smoothly
- Coach and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- Maintain quality control standards for beverages and food products
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Handle customer requests and ensure satisfaction
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
