Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- have six months of customer interaction experience
- have six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation per recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- at least six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to direct the work of others
- ability to learn quickly
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of the retail environment
