Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of customer interaction experience
  • six months of experience managing or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties

  • lead and coach baristas to ensure quality service and product preparation
  • manage daily store operations including cash handling and inventory control
  • maintain a safe and secure store environment
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team member activities
  • provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • ensure compliance with Starbucks policies and quality standards
  • support team development and resolve customer concerns
