Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adaptations
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
