Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience interacting with customers
- Minimum six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Lead and coordinate store operations during shifts
