Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience interacting with customers
  • Minimum six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct and motivate others
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate store operations during shifts
  • coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation
  • ensure adherence to store safety and security policies
  • manage cash handling and register operations
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
  • delegate tasks and manage workflow among team members
  • maintain store cleanliness and organization
