Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodations
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of two or more employees

- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year

- lead each store shift and manage store operations
