Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodations
  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of retail environment

Job Duties

  • lead each store shift and manage store operations
