Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food cash handling safety and security
  • six months of customer service experience
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to meet standard and customized recipes
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies including safety and security
  • manage cash handling and daily operational tasks
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to employees
  • handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
