Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of experience interacting with customers

- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
- delegate tasks to employees and coordinate workflow
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards or customized requests
- maintain store safety, security, and cash handling
- uphold operational policies and quality standards
- foster a positive and welcoming environment for partners and customers
- support training and development initiatives for team members
