Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of customer interaction experience

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling and safety protocols

- Prepare and customize food and beverage products according to recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
