Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role fulfilling requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams of two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead each shift by managing store operations and setting an example for the team
  • Work alongside baristas to ensure quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • Inspire and motivate partners to deliver an uplifting customer experience
  • Maintain an energetic and positive team environment
  • Ensure compliance with Starbucks' standards for quality and customer service
