Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages food products cash handling store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
  • six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • six months of customer-facing experience
  • experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team members
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • interpersonal skills to build relationships

Job Duties

  • lead store operations during shifts
  • coach and support team members in preparation of food and beverages
  • ensure quality standards are met for products and service
  • manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
