Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Experience in customer interaction and fulfillment
  • Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of retail store operations
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate store partners during shifts
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
  • Manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • Provide coaching and development to team members
  • Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues effectively
