Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards regarding beverage and food quality, cash handling, safety and security
  • six months experience interacting with customers
  • six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks
  • ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customizations

Job Qualifications

  • at least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • experience delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees
  • strong oral communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • quick learning ability

Job Duties

  • lead the store team effectively during shifts
  • delegate tasks and coordinate the work of employees
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • ensure quality customer service and positive customer interactions
  • maintain store safety and security protocols
  • adhere to cash handling procedures
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
