Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of experience interacting with customers
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles

- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts by managing daily operations effectively
- coach and develop team members to ensure service excellence
- prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
- handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- enforce compliance with store policies and quality standards
- delegate tasks and coordinate workflow among team members
