Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • six months of experience interacting with customers
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
  • knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • demonstrated leadership potential

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by managing daily operations effectively
  • coach and develop team members to ensure service excellence
  • prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
  • handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • enforce compliance with store policies and quality standards
  • delegate tasks and coordinate workflow among team members
  • create a welcoming environment that fosters community connection
