Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach others in food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the efforts of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts and supervise a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Maintain store operations standards including cash handling and store safety
  • Coach and develop team members, providing training and feedback
  • Ensure preparation of food and beverages follows standard recipes or customized requests
  • Manage store workflow during busy periods to maintain efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Promote a positive and energetic work environment
