Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience with task delegation or coordination
- Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role for at least six months
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team of two or more employees
- Ability to direct and support team members
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food products
- Ensure adherence to store operating policies and standards including safety and cash handling
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
- Manage flexible work schedules to meet store needs
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and product quality
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
