Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure high-quality beverage and food preparation
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling standards
  • Manage customer interactions to provide exceptional service and resolve issues
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to optimize workflow
  • Ensure adherence to Starbucks operating policies and quality standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for the community
