Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling requests of customers
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the work of team members during shifts
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes or customer customization
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
  • Oversee store operations to meet company standards and customer expectations
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks to optimize productivity
