Job Requirements

- Lead and coordinate the work of team members during shifts
- Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
- Oversee store operations to meet company standards and customer expectations
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks to optimize productivity
