Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or retail management
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must complete a job-fit assessment
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related food service or retail supervisory role
- Strong customer focus
- Positive approach to training and developing team members
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build a successful team and foster trust
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to follow established practices and procedures
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
