Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to work variable shifts including evenings
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a successful team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
- Reliable and organized
- Must pass criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or food service supervisory experience
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to lead, train and develop a team effectively
- Positive approach to training and team interaction
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow established practices and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
- Demonstrated ability to initiate action and achieve goals
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
