Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent environment
- Preferred 1 year of leadership experience in a cafe setting
- Ability to work flexible and fluid schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure and lead effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation guidelines
- ServeSafe certification is highly preferred
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- 1 plus years of leadership experience in retail grocery military restaurant or equivalent
- 1 year of leadership in a cafe preferred
- ServeSafe certification highly preferred
- Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
- Ability to work with fluid schedules

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote Starbucks and Gopuff culture values and mission
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment for cues
- Communicate information to manager to ensure team can respond to create a great working environment
- Assist with new employee training by reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching
- Provide feedback to manager on employee performance
- Provide clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to baristas to ensure operational excellence
- Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation and needs
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
- Organize opening and closing duties as assigned
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
