Job Duties

  • Provide training and create work schedules
  • Evaluate employee performance and reward high performers
  • Discipline employees who fail to meet standards
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management
  • Ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
  • Act as contact person for employee complaints and time off requests
  • Mentor and develop employees encouraging career advancement
  • Perform other assigned duties
